This knowledge will lead to better service delivery and internal efficiency.
To ensure our staff continue to perform at the highest level, we must continuously train and empower them with knowledge and skills. In today's digital world, and as a Commission that is driven by technological innovation and creative ideas, we built this Digital Academy to be the Online learning platform where all staff can have access to training resources at any time, from any location.

NCFRMI Digital Academy is the Commission's premier online learning platform designed for all NCFRMI staff, managers, executives, and selected partners. It provides access to a wide range of learning materials, policy documents, process manuals, and courses accessible on any device, from any location, at any time.
What if I forget my password NCFRMI Academy?
To reset your password is very simple. On the login screen, click on password reset and you will receive a new password. Or better still, chat with us, and we will assist you to reset your password.
How many Certificates am I eligible for?
The majority of the courses provide Certificates of Completion, and you can earn for all completed courses.
How do I register with NCFRMI Academy?
